1. What is 19+ Content
Content with sexual expression, physical description, sexual fantasy, or darker relationship themes that may be inappropriate for minors. Such menus display a 19+ marker and warning text on the entry and result screens.
2. Access Conditions
You may view results only if you are 19 or older AND (1) the date of birth on your profile indicates you are an adult, AND (2) you personally check both "I confirm I am 19 or older" and "I consent to viewing content that may include sexual expression". If either checkbox is unchecked, results will not be shown.
3. Limits of Verification
While OONSE is in beta, we rely on self-declared date of birth (DOB gate) plus explicit consent checkboxes. Stronger identity verification (mobile phone, I-PIN) will be introduced later. Responsibility for entering accurate birth data and consenting truthfully rests with the member.
4. Protection of Minors
We block 19+ menu access for users under 19. If we find or are notified that a minor accessed via a parent's or guardian's account or device, we will immediately revoke access to that content and, if needed, suspend or delete the account. Guardians, please review your child's use of OONSE periodically.
5. Reporting · Blocking · Deletion
If you find inappropriate content or suspect that a minor has accessed 19+ content, report it to info@flip-ers.com. We will review and act within 24 business hours and reply with the outcome. You (or a guardian) may also request deletion of any history of 19+ menu use.
