1. Service Overview
OONSE is a mobile/web service that generates fortune, saju, compatibility, love, work, and wealth readings based on the user's date and time of birth. Results are estimates and interpretations produced by AI (large language models) combined with our own algorithms, provided as references for entertainment and self-reflection.
2. Account Registration
Members can create an account via third-party OAuth providers such as Kakao. Each person may register only one account and must provide accurate legal name and date of birth. The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from impersonation or false information.
3. Free Beta · Star (Credit) Policy
OONSE is currently in a free beta period for PMF (Product-Market Fit) validation. All readings are provided for free and star deductions are temporarily set to zero. We will give advance notice before transitioning to paid plans. Stars earned via ads or check-ins are valid only within your OONSE account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Nature of Content · Limitation of Liability
Fortune, saju, and compatibility results are entertainment content based on statistical patterns, Eastern and Western divination traditions, and AI interpretation. We do not recommend making major medical, financial, legal, career, or relationship decisions solely on these results; responsibility for such decisions rests with the member. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. 19+ Content
Adult menus such as "Secret Compatibility" and "Sexual Fantasy" are restricted to members aged 19 or above. Date-of-birth verification and consent steps are required prior to access. We are not responsible for consequences when a minor falsifies information to gain access. See the "19+ Content Policy" for details.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited — (1) mass scraping or copying content through automated means; (2) reselling or redistributing Service output commercially without permission; (3) impersonation or registering false information; (4) harassing, abusing, or discriminating against other members; (5) exploiting vulnerabilities to disrupt operations. Violation may result in access restriction or account suspension without prior notice.
7. Service Changes · Suspension
We may change, add, or remove features for stability and improvement. Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, outages, or force majeure, with prior or post notice as feasible. User data is protected through reasonable measures; we are not liable for damages from suspensions or errors absent willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
8. Limitation of Liability
OONSE content is reference material rooted in divination traditions and AI interpretation; we make no warranty about outcomes or the future. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for loss or damage arising from a member's reliance on the content is limited.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms within the bounds of applicable law. When revising, we will state the effective date and reason in the Service at least 7 days in advance (30 days in advance for material or adverse changes). Continued use of the Service without explicit rejection constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law · Disputes
These Terms and disputes arising from Service use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any litigation between us and members shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court covering our principal office, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of the member's country of residence apply.
