Terms of Service
Effective date October 1, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the OONSE service (the 'Service') provided by Genetory (the 'Company'), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Nature of the Service)
- The Service is entertainment content that calculates a Saju (Mansae-ryeok) chart based on birth information entered by the user and interprets it using AI.
- Interpretation results are for reference only and do not confirm or guarantee the future. They must not be used as a basis for important decisions regarding finance, investment, health, or legal matters.
- Scores and timing are calculated using fixed rules, while the interpretive text is written by AI.
Article 3 (Use of the Service)
- To receive Saju results, you need to sign up via social login (Kakao, Naver, Google), and only users aged 14 and older can use the Service.
- Results are provided via a unique link, and anyone with the link can view the result. Users are responsible for managing their own links.
- Using the share feature will publicly reveal only a summary result with the name hidden.
Article 4 (Paid Services and Payment)
- Paid content within the service is unlocked using coins. Coins are in-app currency that members add by making a payment; the price of each coin bundle and the number of coins received are shown on the add-coins screen. There's no auto-renewal or recurring billing.
- Each product first provides free results, and full results can be viewed after using the displayed amount of coins. The number of coins to be used is shown before use.
- Coins are saved to the member's account and never expire. They can't be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, and remaining coins are forfeited upon account deletion (refund standards before deletion follow the refund policy).
- Payments are processed through a payment service provider designated by the Company.
- Results unlocked with coins can be viewed again anytime via your account and result link, with no time limit — except where the retention period under the Privacy Policy has passed or the user has requested deletion.
Article 5 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)
Paid results are digital content that's delivered immediately once you use coins to unlock them. Under Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you can preview content through free results before using coins, and once full results have been delivered, withdrawal based on simple change of mind may be restricted for the coins used on that result. Detailed standards for refunds of unused coins, undelivered results, errors, and more follow Refund Policy.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
- When entering another person's information, users must have a legitimate reason for doing so.
- Users must not use the Service to defame others or infringe on their rights.
- Users must not collect the Service's results in bulk without authorization or resell them commercially.
Article 7 (Ownership of Rights)
Rights to the Service's design, text, and calculation rules belong to the Company. Users may personally keep and share the results they receive.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not responsible for a user's decisions based on interpretation results, or the outcomes of those decisions.
- The Company is exempt from liability if it is unable to provide the Service due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters or outages of external services (payment providers, cloud services, AI providers). However, if this results in a paid result not being delivered, a refund will be issued.
Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)
Changes to these Terms will be announced on the Service screen starting 7 days before they take effect. Changes unfavorable to users will be announced starting 30 days before.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Inquiries or disputes related to using the Service can be submitted to oonse.today@gmail.com. Unresolved disputes will be settled in the competent court under applicable law.
